FOR PARENTS
We will once again be using the web-based application called pickAtime to schedule parent/teacher conferences for our upcoming conferences on February 15, 16 & 17, 2012. Parents with Internet access will be able to schedule their parent/teacher conferences, print their conference schedule, and have an email reminder of their conference appointments sent to them when using this system. The school will not be scheduling parent/teacher conferences for parents and a conference time will not automatically be sent to each parent.
This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning January 31, 2012 at 10:00 AM. You will be able to access this program to schedule, cancel and reschedule your appointments until February 14th at 12:00 noon. After this date, please cancel or reschedule your appointments by calling the school office at 410-313-6922.
